Check your inboxes – because if you’ve logged into HealthPartners.com or Virtuwell.com, you might have an email about a lawsuit with the most thrilling name… “In re Group Health Plan Litigation.” 😴

We get it – class actions aren’t known for their catchy titles. But what they are known for? Paying out.

What Happened?
HealthPartners allegedly used tracking tools on its websites that shared users’ personal and health-related data with third parties – without consent. 

This so-called "Pixel Disclosure" supposedly invaded user privacy between January 1, 2018, and November 10, 2023. The result? A $6,000,000 settlement.

Who’s Eligible?
If you logged into HealthPartners.com or Virtuwell.com during that time period, you could be eligible for a payment.

Why You Should Check Your Email:
If you got a Notice of Settlement via mail or email, that means you’ve already been identified as a class member.
