✊ Not a Protest – A Right
And the ball is in your court to act...
Hey Classy People,
It’s easy to feel like the little guy in today’s world. With everything going on, you might be wondering: What can I actually do?
Some choose to boycott, some take to the streets, and some join economic blackouts—like the one that happened last Friday.
But here’s the thing: this isn’t a protest – it’s a right.
Class is in session 👇️

CLASS ACTION 101
✊ Your Right to Claim – Don’t Let It Go to Waste
Class actions exist because brave plaintiffs stood up and said, “No more.” They fought, they won to give you the right to reclaim what’s been taken from you. And now the ball is in your court 🫵 .
If a company overcharged you, misled you, or broke the law, you have the right to be compensated.
These settlements aren’t just about paying fines—they’re about forcing real change. When businesses settle, they don’t just cut checks; they have to fix the shady practices that got them sued in the first place.
Translation: that means getting paid to enact change. Pretty sweet if you ask us.
Yet, every year, billions of dollars go unclaimed because people don’t realize these rights exist. If you do nothing, you get nothing and our collective voice isn’t nearly as loud. Simple as that.
Plus, that leaves the problem of unclaimed settlement funds…
So, what’s it going to be?
✔️ Claim what’s yours—and show companies that we’re paying attention.
❌ Ignore it—and let them know its fine (or worse, potentially keep your money).
The choice is yours, but don’t let them off easy.
