SETTLEMENT SPOTLIGHT
🍗 We all took a beating by some of the biggest names in the chicken game…

Wait, that’s not the Tyson we are talking about…
Big Chicken is paying $181 million back to customers who purchased fresh or frozen raw chicken. Who qualifies as “Big Chicken”?

Here’s your list of settling defendants:
Fieldale, George’s, Mar-Jac, Peco, Pilgrim’s Pride and Tyson.

What Happened?
The plaintiffs alleged that Defendants (plus their co-conspirators) conspired to restrict the supply of, and fix, raise, and stabilize the price of chicken, violating federal and state antitrust laws.

What’s That Mean?
It means that if you qualify, you could be eligible to a share of the $181 million settlement! Check out the criteria below to see if you fit the bill.

SETTLEMENT CASES
🎙️In Other News🎙️

Google found itself in the news for a different kind of wiretapping allegation. The plaintiffs in the case claimed that Google's analytics, cookies, and apps allowed it to monitor their activities, even when they had configured Google's Chrome browser to "Incognito" mode and other browsers to "private" browsing mode (think Safari, Bing, etc.)…

We’ll keep you posted as this settlement continues to develop. Want more deets? Check out the article below from Reuters.
