If you bought Costco's Kirkland Signature Moist Flushable Wipes between July 1, 2011, and May 31, 2017, in New York, you might have a payout coming your way!

What’s the Deal?
So, you trusted Costco's "flushable" wipes, only to find out they weren’t so flushable after all. Ouch! Customers claim these wipes caused havoc on their plumbing and septic systems. Costco, without admitting any fault (classic move), has agreed to a $2 million settlement to make things right.

Are You Eligible?
Purchased those pesky wipes in New York between July 1, 2011, and May 31, 2017? You’re in luck! File your claim by August 9 to get up to $55.90 per household. That’s $1.30 per pack, up to 43 packs – easy money for your troubles!

How to File Your Claim
If you bought the wipes in New York during the specified period, head to the official settlement website to submit a valid claim. Per legal news site, Top Class Actions, you do not need proof of purchase to receive the payment. So no need to dig up old receipts – you’re good to go! Again, claims range from $7.50 to $55.90 per household… 🫰

Costco's not off the hook yet! They’re also facing a lawsuit over their Kirkland Signature fragrance-free baby wipes, which allegedly contain dangerous PFAS chemicals despite claims of being safe for kids.
