The suit claims ZoomInfo went a bit too public with private details, posting people's info on preview pages and luring searchers with free trials. State laws here aren't playing around—they allow damages for each spooky little violation of the right of publicity.
Who Qualifies? Check below to see if you fit the state and time period bill:
California: Residents between January 9, 2020, and March 27, 2024
Illinois: Residents between April 15, 2020, and March 27, 2024
Indiana: Residents between March 27, 2022, and March 27, 2024
Nevada: Residents between March 27, 2022, and March 27, 2024
What’s the Payout? Estimated payouts vary by state (based on court documents). BEWARE, $’s may shift based on the final number of approved claims 🤷:
California: $108.43 – $216.86
Illinois: $145.93 – $291.85
Indiana: $740.77 – $1,481.54
Nevada: $971.24 – $1,942.47
