1 – Clearview AI Settlement (Tomorrow!)
What: Clearview AI is settling for allegedly scraping billions of photos to create a biometric database without consent. If you've posted a photo online, you could be eligible for compensation.
Who: U.S. residents, especially in CA, IL, NY, and VA, may be part of this settlement if their biometric data was collected.
When: The claim deadline is October 25, 2024 (TOMORROW!). Act now to protect your privacy and claim your share.

2 – Saatva False Advertising Settlement
What: Saatva is settling a class action lawsuit for allegedly using deceptive discount advertising practices that misled consumers into thinking they were getting a better deal on mattresses. They’re paying out $11.5 million to resolve these claims.
Who: The settlement benefits California residents who bought a mattress from Saatva.com between May 23, 2020, and May 23, 2024, and Oregon residents who made a purchase between May 23, 2023, and May 23, 2024.
When: The claim deadline is October 27, 2024. Don’t miss out on your $115 cash payout or store credit per qualifying purchase!

3 – Philadelphia Inquirer VPPA Settlement
What: The Philadelphia Inquirer is settling a privacy class action lawsuit for allegedly sharing subscribers’ Facebook IDs and video viewing history with Facebook without permission. They’re paying $1.125 million to resolve the claims.
Who: This settlement affects individuals who subscribed to The Philadelphia Inquirer online between October 1, 2019, and January 16, 2024, and used Facebook during that time.
When: The deadline to file your claim is October 25, 2024 (TOMORROW!). Don’t wait—secure your share of the settlement today!
