❓Who Is This For❓
If you live in modern America, chances are high it's for YOU 🫵
Good afternoon. When it comes to class actions, we’re used to hearing classic lines like "I don't want to get involved…" or "I don’t know what it is or if I qualify." So let’s ask that burning question: "Who is this for?" With class actions sprouting up as fast as weeds in today’s world, it's starting to look like they're pretty much for everyone. Let's dive in.

CLASS ACTION BASICS
❓Who is this for❓
Beyond the common trope, "I don’t want to get involved," we often hear the age-old question about class actions: "Who is this for?"
Unless your profession involves slipping on people’s driveways (you didn’t get that idea from us…), you’re probably not always up-to-date on your rights. Fortunately, there are brave (and fairly well-compensated) legal teams that partner with the people to stand guard against large-scale wrongs committed in the shadows.
Okay, so what does that mean for me? Let's take a look at a just a few scenarios, by no means is this an exhaustive list:
📶 Do you use Verizon or AT&T for your phone service?
🛍️ Frequent Target or Walmart for your shopping needs?
🚖 Rely on Uber or Lyft for airport or late-night transport?
📱 Perhaps you're reading this on an iPhone or Android?
What do all of these have in common?
If you said something like "every single company responsible for the list above has settled a class action lawsuit somewhere along the line," then you'd be correct! Check out the list here to learn more…
What’s the Point?
The POINT is, if you don’t live under a rock (and maybe even if you do 🤔), there's a HIGH likelihood that you’ve been affected by a class action lawsuit and could likely be missing out on settlement payments owed to you.
We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again – claim filing rates can are pretty dismal (think ~9% of people file a claim in consumer cases). Let’s end the cycle here and state for the record: "class action settlements are for YOU."
