SETTLEMENT SPOTLIGHT
🎥 Your Claim, Should You Choose to File it…

🍎 Siri Was Listening to YOU - Now Apple's Paying Out $95 Million.

🔍️ What Happened?
Apple ($AAPL ( ▼ 1.38% ) ) is being called out for recording and sharing private conversations due to unintentional Siri activations – think Siri piping up in the middle of a convo it wasn’t invited to. Now, they’ve agreed to pay out $95 million to users impacted by those surprise recordings.

You don’t need proof Siri was spying on you specifically – if you owned a Siri-enabled Apple device and it randomly woke up more often than it should have, you’re probably eligible.

💸 What’s in it for you?
If you file a valid claim, you’ll get a pro rata payment of up to $20 per Siri device you’ve owned. That’s right, each iPhone or iPad could mean a small chunk of justice (and change).

How to Claim
📬️ Got a notice email or postcard? Use the claim ID + confirmation code provided.
❌ Didn’t get one? No worries—just head to the Submit a Claim page and follow the instructions for “New Claim”. You’ll self-certify which devices you’ve owned.

🚫 What Happens If You Do Nothing?
