We’re bringing trust back to class actions

Hey Classy People,

Let’s face it – when you hear “class action settlement,” your thoughts probably jump to spammy emails, junk postcards, or the idea of $0.13 showing up in your bank account in two years. But the truth is, class actions are quite legit if you know where to look and what you’re dealing with. Check out what we mean👇.

CLASS ACTION BASICS
🌆 Legit or Scam City?

I find your lack of faith disturbing… but understandable.

Today, we’re bringing back the trust to class action settlements by tackling the top three reasons people don’t trust class actions – and why you actually should!

Reason #1: "I'll only get pennies."
You’re thinking: Why bother filling out a claim form for a settlement when all I’ll get is enough to buy… absolutely nothing?

Rebuttal: Think Bigger! Okay, sure, sometimes you could end up with a handful of change – but that’s not what we’re going after BECAUSE we know that’s not what you want. Many class actions deal with substantial payouts.

Take the Visa Mastercard Settlement, for example. That’s billions (yes, BILLIONS) on the table. You might be pleasantly surprised when that check isn’t pocket lint-sized.

Reason #2: "Class actions are a waste of time."
The belief: Too much paperwork, too many hoops, and what’s the point?

Rebuttal: We've made it EASY. This isn’t the DMV, y’all. We help make this process take just a few minutes, on a single online form, AND we’re here to walk you through the process like a super cool tour guide (without the awkward jokes). So take the easy road to getting paid.

Reason #3: "It's all a scam."
You’re suspicious: These emails and ads feel sketchy… is this even real?

Rebuttal: Totally Legit. Class actions are real lawsuits approved by courts (aka the judicial system). They're designed to hold companies accountable and ensure they don’t get away with, you know, being shady.

And while we can’t help those official emails from looking so sketchy… if you stick with reliable sources (ahem, like us), you’re in the clear. We make sure you’re only filing legit claims and never walking into Scam City.

In Conclusion
Filing for class action settlements is worth it. You get a payout, you keep companies in check, and you help out your fellow consumers in the process. Plus, we’re here to make the whole thing way easier and less annoying than it sounds.

That lack of faith? Consider it restored. 🌟

A WORD FROM OUR PARTNER

This cannabis startup pioneered “rapid onset” gummies

Most people prefer to smoke cannabis but that isn’t an option if you’re at work or in public.

That’s why we were so excited when we found out about Mood’s new Rapid Onset THC Gummies. They can take effect in as little as 5 minutes without the need for a lighter, lingering smells or any coughing.

Nobody will ever know you’re enjoying some THC.

We recommend you try them out because they offer a 100% money-back guarantee. And for a limited time, you can receive 20% off with code FIRST20.
