Current AND former D1 athlete (apologies my fellow DIII legends – we feel your pain 🥲), now is the time to reclaim your NCAA Settlement Cash!
What’s the Deal?
Two massive lawsuits – House v. NCAA, Carter v. NCAA, and Hubbard v. NCAA –have resulted in a game-changing $2.8 billion settlement. These cases argued that college athletes were denied the opportunity to profit from endorsements and media appearances, which allegedly violated antitrust laws.
This settlement is a win for athletes, compensating them for lost opportunities while acknowledging their contributions and pushing for fairer treatment moving forward.
Why Does This Matter?
For years, the NCAA’s policies prevented athletes from monetizing their Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) or earning beyond their scholarships. This settlement not only addresses those past injustices but also reshapes the future of college athletics.
What Do You Need?
👟 You must have been an athlete anytime between 2016 and today.
🆔 To file your claim, you'll need either:
🧾 Your Claim ID and PIN, OR
🪪 Your NCAA Eligibility Center ID.
