Documentation: They manage all the paperwork, including approval updates, ensuring everything is properly filed, with the courts.
Disbursement: They handle the payment of legal fees, awards, and any other compensation owed to class members.
Assistance: Yes, they do provide support and information to claimants, although their capacity to do so promptly can sometimes be limitedā¦
